Legal
Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Korve ("Korve", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting a cloud account or buying a subscription, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Korve.
1. Who runs Korve
Korve is a software product run by an independent developer based in India, working as a sole proprietor. Korve is a trading name, not a separate company. You can reach us at support@korve.cloud. If you need the operator's legal name for a legal, tax or data protection reason, email us and we will give it to you.
2. What Korve does
Korve lets you design cloud infrastructure on a visual canvas and deploy it to a cloud account that you connect. AWS is available today. Other providers are marked as coming soon until they are ready.
Deploys are real. When you deploy or approve an action, Korve creates, changes or deletes real resources in your cloud account using the credentials you supplied. You are responsible for:
- reviewing what will be created, changed or deleted before you approve it, including anything proposed by Ask AI
- every charge from your cloud provider. AWS bills you directly. Korve adds no markup, does not cover those charges and cannot refund them
- the permissions you grant and the backups you keep
- following your cloud provider's terms
Ask AI can be wrong. It generates suggestions using a third-party AI model and can make mistakes. Treat what it proposes as a draft and check it before you apply it.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
4. Your cloud credentials
To connect AWS you give Korve an IAM access key. Use an IAM user limited to the permissions you need, and never your root credentials. We use your credentials only to carry out the actions you ask for and to show you your resources, costs and drift. You can revoke our access at any time by deleting the key in your cloud provider's console. Our Privacy Policy explains how credentials are protected.
5. Plans, prices and payment
Current plans and prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are subscriptions, billed in advance monthly or annually. They renew automatically until you cancel.
Dodo Payments is our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is the seller of your subscription. It handles the payment, tax and invoices, and it is the name you will see on your statement. Its own terms apply to the payment.
If you subscribe during the beta, you keep your rate for as long as your subscription stays active. Any other price change will be announced at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. The details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If a renewal payment fails, your plan stays active while the payment is retried, for up to 15 days. If it still has not succeeded by then, your account moves to the Free plan.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use Korve to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights
- attack, scan or disrupt systems you do not own or have permission to test
- send spam or spread malware
- access someone else's cloud account without their authorization
- get around plan limits, including by creating extra accounts
- overload or interfere with Korve, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows
- resell Korve without our written permission
8. Your content
You own your workflows, prompts, files and anything else you put into Korve. You give us permission to store and process that content only as needed to run Korve for you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything. The Korve software and brand remain ours.
9. Beta and availability
Korve is in beta. Features may change or be removed, and outages can happen. We do not guarantee any particular level of uptime.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent the law allows:
- Korve is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. This includes AI output, cost figures and drift reports, which may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, for your cloud provider's charges, or for the results of actions you approved.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or removes rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
11. Ending your use of Korve
You can stop using Korve at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts Korve or others at risk.
Resources already created in your cloud account stay there and remain yours. Your provider keeps billing you for them until you remove them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep any mandatory rights your local law gives you.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. For significant changes we will tell you by email or in the product before they take effect. If you keep using Korve after that, the updated terms apply.
14. Contact and grievances
Questions and complaints go to support@korve.cloud. Our contact page explains how complaints are handled.
