Refund and Cancellation Policy
You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment, and you can cancel at any time.
Getting a refund
The 14 days apply to every payment: monthly or annual, first payment or renewal.
- Email support@korve.cloud from your account email within 14 days of the payment date.
- Tell us you would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason.
- We cancel your subscription, refund the payment in full and move your account to the Free plan.
After 14 days, payments are not refundable unless the law requires it. You can still cancel to stop future charges.
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, and go back to your original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Cancelling your subscription
Sign in, open the pricing page and choose Manage billing or cancel. You will have two options:
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cancel at the next billing date | You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. You are not charged again |
| Cancel immediately | Your account moves to the Free plan right away |
Cancelling does not issue a refund on its own. If you are within 14 days of a payment and want your money back, email us as well.
What happens to your work
Your workflows stay in your account, within Free plan limits.
Anything Korve created in your cloud account stays there and remains yours. Your cloud provider keeps billing you for those resources until you remove them. Cloud provider charges are between you and your provider, so we cannot refund them.
If a renewal payment fails
Your plan stays active while the payment is retried, for up to 15 days. If it has not succeeded by then, your account moves to the Free plan. You can update your payment details in the billing portal.
Problems with a charge
If a charge looks wrong, please email support@korve.cloud first. We can usually sort it out faster than a bank dispute.
